✔️ Eligibility Criterion:

Applicants must not have resided in France for more than one year between January 18, 2022, and January 17, 2025.

✔️ Math education:

Candidates with a strong background in the following topics are encouraged to apply: Optimization, Probability, Mathematical Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, AI...

Recent graduation from a Master 2 degree in mathematics is mandatory. This includes all students in the last year's master's degree in mathematics in the current academic year.

The topic of projection/compression of time series requires a strong theoretical mathematical background, even if the context of application to time series and statistics seems more applied.

✔️ Competition:

As the COFUND DeMythif.AI link explains, the selected student has a high chance of getting their PhD funded.

✔️ Application:

Submit a CV and motivation letter. Any recommendation letters from mathematicians (your professor or intern supervisor) would positively impact the application process (up to 3 letters of recommendation are requested in the application).

The candidate does not have to speak French; however, a C1 or equivalent level of English is mandatory.
